The KRIONI inc has successfully passed the certification audit for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, which guarantees high quality services and confirms compliance with the international quality management standards.

ISO 9001 is an international standard developed by quality experts. This verification focuses on satisfaction of the customers and employee’s needs, and continuous improvement of processes affecting quality.

The audit was carried out by BSS LLC — one of the industry's leading organizations in the field of assessments according to ISO system and standards.

The auditors of BSS LLC noted a high degree involvement of the firm’s leaders in the quality management process, interaction with clients, as well as availability of own bespoke IT platform for workflow management in private investigation area and knowledge-base maintenance, well-tested mechanisms of interaction and anti-crisis response.
