Delivery of documents by e-mail

This method of delivery is used by detectives in very rare cases and only on additional legal assignment. Its special feature is the urgent need to prove the identity of the electronic address of the recipient.

To prove the fact of delivery, you need:

• The affiliation of the email address/ phone number WhatsApp must be proved in report.
• The event, date, and time of sending of correspondence, content of letters and attached documents need by embeddet in notary protocol.

As a rule, it is enough for the Lawyer to send the letter to the e-mail address that he indicated in the assignment. However, the Detective is advised to recheck the identity of the email address. So we follow the requirement of Relevance.

This will be helped by the additional Domain Name Administrator identification that the email user used to register an email address. A domain administrator is a user whose domain name is registered in the registry.

The WHOIS service provides public access to domain name information.

Thus, the report may refer to a printout from the WHOIS site that indicates that the Domain Name Administrator is an offender.

If the information about the Domain Name Administrator/ Offender in the WHOIS service is corrupted or not sufficient to identify the Domain Name Administrator to prove the Addressee’s relevance to the email address, Further investigation into the Domain Name Operator will be required.

A domain operator is a person or company whose name, although not registered in the registry, has the authority to dispose of, own and use it.

Results on the identification of the Operator E-mail/ WhatsApp - are issued by the Appendix to the Detective Report.
