In the case of debt collection receipt, considered Dorogomilovsky inter-municipal Court of Moscow, during the trial, counsel submitted unauthorized audio recordings made by a detective on the case.

Audio quality was excellent and exhaustive content of the conversation with the debtor, in which the latter is fully acknowledged the debt with all the details. This record could be the main evidence (written contract does not exist).

As consent to record the conversation did not give the debtor, respectively, the values of procedural information obtained in this manner has not received. During interrogation, the court declared the debtor has other indications.
