My report has not downloaded from the Krioni centre, but I have been charged. What can I do?
After puchasing a Krioni report from the Krioni centre, the report is downloaded immediately on screen.
You should print or save the report before closing the window.
If there is a problem, and you cannot view the report, please email a copy of your receipt to tracker@krioni.com and we will send you a copy of the report.
