What is my password on Krioni Access for the Internet?

The password you choose must be entered every time you use KAI our web service and they are case sensitive and must be between 6 and 10 characters in length. Please do not use letters and/or numbers with special characters e.g. -#_/&$%., etc.

We recommend that you try to avoid words such as your business name or your own name.

If you have forgotten your user id and/or password, please contact Customer Services via Ask A Question, and if possible advise us of your Krioni number.
